Bedrift Kanadaskogen HA (15-04-2015)

Big mistake (3 min) at 2nd control - too much simplification and lost concentration. Unfortunately that was before I started the watch. 5-10 second mistakes at 2nd, 4th, 6th, 9th inside the ring. Wrong routechoice to 11 (+40 sec). Lost 25-30 sec to last control (too far left).

A bit tough for the knee with 2 races in 4 days, so need to take it easy for some time now ....
