German Champs long (2013-10-05)

Started fast, stiffened and then just tried to get it over with as fast as possible... Somehow the gps is wrong from 1 to 2, I run the path under the line and then used the tracks to the right. Lost about 40 s at nr 8 and some s at 10, 19 and when I lost my mind on the way to 20.
