Pokalkamp Askøy - H17 (20-08-2013)

Back to "hell" (Askøy) after lots of great orienteering in Slovenia and Italy. Not careful enough to #2 - only looking at the green and taking off the path too early - cost me 45 seconds(?) - I think the path would have been a good choice if well executed, though. Lost some time to #9 due to hesitation (too tired after pushing it up the path). Very wet marshes and paths - very poor runnability. No good for my knee - I hope it survived this.
