TYR-OL H21E (11.08.2012)

Longest run for a long time. Very good in the technical part until control 14 except for 3 minute mistake at number one (only 4 minutes behind leader at control 14) - then lost concentration and made many mistakes in the easier part. Knee hurt a lot afterwards, but seems like I survived anyway.
