WOC 2014 training 3 - Asiago/Platabeck (2013-08-16)

Run a middle distance as last training in Asiago. Did not see the control at #8 - cost me nearly a minute. Not careful enough with starting point for my compass aim to #10 cost me 1:30. Except for that a good run - but of course not good enough. Very, very happy to be able to run 10 times in 4 weeks this summer :))
