WOC Middle Qual 2013 runthough - Women Qual 3 (11.07.2013)

Fun running through the WOC middle distance qualification course. Some big mistakes - especially on the long leg - but at least I was half a minute faster than all women to the first control, and I could beat Simone in the end :)
