Good technical race. Strategy today was to try to run as direct as possible. Lost 15-20 seconds to 9 because I lost concentration and did not check direction. Also some problems with direction to 10. Happy with the long legs where strategy was to run direct rather than use the (poor) paths - I usually struggle with the longer legs in this area. First few legs were surprisingly similar to Scotland.
